King of Cooke County, or Leo as we call him, is a beautiful Perlino son of Cooke County ETC. Leo is 4 years old, and he is already 16 hands. He has wonderful conformation and fluid movement. He has been tested by UC Davis and he is homozygous black, homozygous for agouti, and of course, homozygous cream. In addition, Leo carries the dun gene. He has also been tested for HERDA by UC Davis and he is N/N - he does not carry a gene for HERDA. Check out Leo working cattle this winter.
